Friday, July 24th
Symphony by the Lake takes place on Friday evening and will be a great event for the family to enjoy. The Gates open at 5:30pm and the Symphony by the Lake starts at 7:30pm. In addition to fantastic music, there will also be raffles and a spectacular fireworks display to cap off the night. The theme for this year’s symphony is “Lights, Camera, MUSIC”. Our tent will be decorated in a James Bond .007 theme and we encourage you to dress the part! Members and Guests will enjoy a private tent with heavy hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine and a signature cocktail.
Saturday, July 25th
Afternoon activities begin at 2:00pm until 5:00pm, and will include a variety of options including a self-guided adventure hike along the Nickajack Trail, swimming at the Blue Hole (bring a bathing suit – we’ll have changing tents close by), an ATV/UTV excursion on BRMC’s West Ridge Trail or enjoy clay shooting from Watson Gap Park. Lunch will not be provided, but snacks will be available throughout the day for your enjoyment.
Our evening begins at 6:30pm for drinks at Watson Gap Park, followed by dinner at 7:00pm. Beer, wine and set-ups will be provided.
The Saturday evening events are hosted along with Lisa Fajgenbaum from BB&T Insurance Services Family Risk Management, Zach Burch from PURE Insurance, Anita Heriot and Kate Molets from Pall Mall Art Advisors, and Brian Ward from First Growth Advisor. They are thrilled to be a part of BRMC’s Symphony Weekend celebration! PURE and BB&T Insurance Services, Inc. will be providing all of our wine and appetizers, selected by Brian Ward, Pall Mall’s wine specialist partner.
Sunday, July 26th
Join us on Sunday as we round out our weekend of celebration by taking a 2-mile walk along the Nickajack Trail for Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness. If you can’t walk with us in person, a virtual option is available so you can participate from wherever you are! Registration begins at 4pm and we’ll begin the walk at 5pm. After the walk, we’ll enjoy live music, food, and beverages. Click here for more information and early registration!
Bring your friends and family and join us for the Symphony Weekend. The cost is $215 per adult ($50 for children under 12) for the entire weekend of activities. This includes your ticket and dinner at the Symphony, as well as dinner on Saturday. A la carte pricing will be available as well.
